UP 026

Description

Poliplast UP 026 is a modified unsaturated polyester resin, not pre-accelerated, dissolved in styrene.
It is characterized by high reactivity even at low working temperatures; once properly cured the resin is hard and crystalline.

Poliplast UP 026 can be accelerated and catalyzed with all systems of common use, both at room temperature and in hot curing applications. It is a product with high reactivity; this feature can be modulated by using inhibitors such as Soluzione H 40

Thanks to its thermo-mechanical performance, Poliplast UP 026 is suitable for the manufacturing of hard and tough synthetic abrasives, with good resistance to temperature and abrasion.
