The Q-UV test involves exposing resin/composite samples inside a closed chamber to assess yellowing resistance using UV lamps that simulate sunlight in the ultraviolet spectrum, heat, and a water spray to mimic exposure to rain and/or humidity.
This allows for testing the yellowing resistance of the product in accordance with ISO 4892-3.
