Inhibitors Features for Polyester Resins
Inhibitors for liquid polyester resins are formulated to serve a key function: preventing the polymerization of resins during production and storage.
The addition of an inhibitor to the resin helps extend its shelf life. Inhibitors are blended into the resin to enhance its storage stability and, more importantly, to reduce the formulation’s reactivity in case of external temperature increases or changes in processing requirements.
