What is CIPP Technology?

CIPP Technology (Cured-In-Place Pipe) represents an innovative approach to pipeline rehabilitation.

This method allows for the repair or reinforcement of existing pipes without the need for costly excavations, which is why it is also referred to as a "no-dig" method.

The process involves several stages: initially, a liner impregnated with a thermosetting resin is inserted into the pipe to be repaired. The liner is then inflated to adhere to the pipe walls, followed by the resin’s curing process, resulting in a new pipe capable of performing the same functions as the original one.

This technology is widely used to extend the service life of pipelines, reduce maintenance costs, minimize disruptions caused by roadworks, and contribute to the sustainability of water and sewage infrastructur

Technical Advantages of CIPP Technique

  • Trenchless Repair: The CIPP technology eliminates the need for costly and destructive excavations, significantly reducing both costs and completion times.
  • Enhanced Durability and Strength: This method reinforces existing pipelines, extending their long-term lifespan and decreasing the likelihood of future interventions.
  • Quick Execution and Lower Environmental Impact: The CIPP process allows for rapid repairs, minimizing disruptions for customers while also reducing the environmental footprint.
