What is Solid Surface Technique?
In Solid Surface technology, polyester resin is filled with inert fillers and pigments, usually alumina trihydrate (ATH) and titanium dioxide. This technique allows for the production of artifacts of varying sizes with the same composition throughout the thickness, thus ensuring consistent quality.
This technology is widely used in the production of kitchen countertops, shower trays, bathtubs, sanitary ware, and various types of objects. To achieve the desired shape, a mold is used into which the resin filled with inerts and already catalyzed is poured

- Simplicity: The production requires the use of simple equipment as it is a casting technique.
- Versatility: It is possible to produce artifacts of very different sizes and shapes without particular problems.
- Aesthetics: The surfaces of the finished artifact are smooth and homogeneous.
