R 54 D
Description
Poliplast R 54 D is an unsaturated polyester resin with methanoindenical modification (DCPD), dissolved into monomer styrene. It is characterized by high chemical resistance and high HDT value. PVAc solutions can be added to this resin being effective as low-profile additives in hot working applications.
Poliplast R 54 D can be used in applications like GFRP, Pultrusion, SMC, BMC, filament winding, polymer concrete production. The resin shows good glass fiber wettability and reacts readily with various curing techniques.
