LR 97
Description
Poliplast LR 97 is a DCPD unsaturated polyester resin, dissolved in styrene monomer.
It represents the common base for a series of specific resins aimed to the manufacture of reinforced plastics.
Poliplast LR 97 contains low amount of styrene, with limited heat release during curing.
The various versions available differ according to the requirements of the application for which they are intended.
All the resins belonging to this series are pre-accelerated and qualified for use in the shipbuilding industry, possessing Lloyd’s Register Marine & Offshore Type Approval.
