LR SK1N
Description
Poliplast LR SK1N is a DCPD unsaturated polyester resin, dissolved in styrene monomer.
It represents the common base for a series of specific resins aimed to the manufacture of reinforced plastics. Poliplast LR SK1N is suitable for the production of composites with high thermo-mechanical characteristics and for the production of mould skincoat.
The various versions available differ according to the requirements of the application for which they are intended.
All the resins belonging to this series are pre-accelerated and qualified for use in the shipbuilding industry, possessing Lloyd’s Register Marine & Offshore Type Approval.
