VR 228 MS
Description
Poliplast VR 228 MS is an orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin, polycondensed with standard glycols and solubilised in styrene monomer.
This resin is not pre-accelerated and has medium viscosity.
Poliplast VR 228 MS has good resistance to detergents and moisture. After 28 days of immersion in water at 23 °C, the hardened resin shows no signs of surface bleaching.
Its use excels in synthetic marble agglomerates produced using the block technique. The resulting slabs are used in the production of floor and wall coverings.
The base resin is also suitable for general use and is characterised by good thermomechanical and chemical resistance.
