UP 205/14
Description
Poliplast UP 205/14 is an unsaturated DCPD polyester resin with peculiar chemical structure, diluted into styrene monomer.
The product is very reactive and, once properly cured, becomes hard but not fragile, with high mechanical characteristics and chemical resistance. It contains a reduced amount of volatile substances if compared to other unsaturated polyesters (Low Styrene Content) and it can be cured with various catalysis techniques.
Poliplast UP 205/14 was developed for the production of marbel resin and quartz composites, both with cold working or hot press techniques. The resin has very good wetting properties when mixed to fillers like quartz and marble powder.
