LR 96
Description
The Poliplast LR 96 is an unsaturated polyester resin DCPD, dissolved in styrene monomer. It is not pre-accelerated, has medium reactivity, and contains a reduced amount of styrene (LSC). Additionally, it includes a catalyst indicator.
When properly accelerated and modified in rheology, the Poliplast LR 96 is suitable for the production of composite and reinforced plastic products with high technical characteristics, particularly in the industrial construction sector. It is especially suitable for the production of parts and hulls in the shipbuilding industry, using various production techniques such as hand lay-up, spray-up, infusion, and RTM.
This resin has obtained the Lloyd’s Register Marine & Offshore Type Approval.
