Research, innovation and production of Unsaturated Polyester Resins
We have dedicated our research, innovation and production efforts to Unsaturated Polyester Resins, a category that encompasses a very wide range of product families, with or without styrene. Besides the traditional orthophthalic and isophthalic resins, we have created a very wide range of resins based on DCPD (Dicyclopentadiene) for a wide range of uses, including a bisphenolic version.
There are also hybrids or blends that included raw materials that up to a few years ago were not used in the production of Unsaturated Polyester Resins. And we still produce traditional or modified Aliphatic resins that are best suited for the production of gel coats or solid surfaces. We also use products from renewable sources that can give materials unique characteristics and support companies committed to the sustainability of their products. For years we have produced low-styrene content (LSC) or low-styrene emission (LSE) resins with very interesting results. We produce styrene-free resins too, a kind of resin that is already in use for various sectors of application and in continuous development.
